This is a "How To" of dealing with fire and smoke damage. This is designed for the beginner person already doing smoke and fire restoration. The Professional learned about staffing a restoration company. Learning how to work with the insurance industry. Learning the packing, moving, and storage of contents.

The Professional will know how to structure restoration and know the type of equipment used to perform services. Deodorization concepts, the proper cleaning supplies, safety on the job, and soiling associated with fire claims are also known.
