             Water Damage Job File Process

• SERVPRO First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
• SERVPRO Authorization to Perform.
• SERVPRO Customer Information Form - Water Damage.
• SERVPRO Water Damage Emergency Services Report.
• SERVPRO Water Damage, Equipment Validation and Drying Report.
• SERVPRO Certification of Satisfaction.
